Stacey’s career reflects a deep commitment to building inclusive, future-ready workforces across industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and construction to higher education and nonprofits. He began his journey at Eli Lilly, where he designed and launched global social learning platforms, developed regulatory training for a new aseptic facility, and strengthened talent assessment tools to identify emerging talent. His expertise in learning and development expanded further at Badger Daylighting, where he reshaped performance management systems and spearheaded a five-year diversity and inclusion strategy that aligned with long-range organizational goals. These early roles established Stacey as a trusted partner to senior leaders in integrating culture, compliance, and talent strategies into the heart of business operations.

Building on this foundation, Stacey founded ImagineThis Culture Journey, a consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders shape and sustain cultures of engagement and inclusion. As a consultant, he advised C-suite executives, delivered educational workshops and presentations, and designed frameworks that equipped organizations to measure and accelerate cultural change. Today, as Culture and Inclusion Manager at the Indiana University Foundation, Stacey leads initiatives spanning employee engagement, human capital analytics, mentoring, and board culture, while also contributing to national efforts to address respectful workplace practices. His work, recognized for innovation and impact—has positioned him as a thought leader and strategic advisor at the intersection of workforce development, inclusive leadership, and organizational transformation.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Marian University, along with associate degrees from Purdue University and Ivy Tech Technical College. He further strengthened his expertise through advanced certifications and training in leadership, HR analytics, and diversity and inclusion, and frequently facilitates workshops and speaks on culture, talent, and organizational effectiveness. A trusted strategic advisor, Stacey contributes to national initiatives such as the Collaborative for Respectful Workplaces and National Science Foundation grant proposals. His thought leadership was also reflected in published work, including his article Managing Change in the Laboratory in the Medical Laboratory Observer.
